PHEbruary Day 2 and 3
Day 2: 30 minutes of cardio. I had a 2 hour Swingtime practice so this was easy to fulfill.
Day 3: Give and receive a massage to relax and unwind and treat yourself. I gave Maia a message and she returned the favor. It was wonderful!
