Green Chile Green Chile Green Chile, Oh Yeah... Green Chile!

WOO HOO! Mommy brought me some green chile with her when she visited. I ate half of a package already. Unfortunately our dining hall serves a lot of Asian cuisine so it's difficult to find appropriate uses for the green chile. But today, I there was PIZZA! Green chile and Pizza!! It made my life. It smelled like home, it tasted like home, and was so delicious. Didn't taste spicy at all to me either. I loved it!!!! Now I just need some sopapillas, anyone know where I could get some fresh out of the oven?

Oh! and this was just a preliminary photo. I slathered that green chile on there hard. Believe me, the pizza was covered in it. Those piles are just like what I had on every bite. It was so good :)

    Kaya, Bora, and Alice tried it and they all said it was good but no one was as excited as I was. And we weren't actually eating it in a traditional dish. It was on pizza so it is hard to get the full experience of it.

    Pizza is like geometry. You got your sides, you got your angles, and you got your hypotenuse. That is until I come around. Then all you got is some crust.
